Schottky Junction p-type and n-type Field Effect Transistors using SINGLE Single walled Carbon Nanotube (SWCN) as channel. FETs using the Samarium, Erbium, silicide and gold electrodes were fabricated and tested for their performance in vacuum and air atmospheres. This work involved use of photolithography and electron-beam lithography.
